Inoxsystem® Drainage system entirely made of grade 304 stainless steel, grade 316 on request, composed of: 65 mm wide slot channel with 20 mm wide slot (art. C2), sheet thickness 2 mm, fully inspectable with built-in slope and internal radii to improve cleaning performance, mounting brackets to fix the channel into the concrete, closely spaced reinforcement rods, reinforced edges (art. BCR) filled manually with three-component epoxy resin to make them stress resistant and suitable for heavy duty use and to speed up the laying of the channel, connection flanges (art. FLC) provided with silicone and fixing screws for easy transport, 300x300 mm gully with 8 mm thick solid top cover to prevent the risk of grating displacement , micro shot peening finishing, with outlet Ø 63, odor trap and removable insect and rat proof filter, H 140. The gully should be with vertical outlet (art. RCV63CE308) or horizontal outlet (art. CLR63308). Certifications: Inoxsystem® slot channel with reinforced edges (art. C2+BCR) is third party (Ecamricert s.r.l.) certified to 400 Kn loading - D400 load class in accordance with UNI en 1433 Standard

Entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304 (or 316 upon request), with a thickness of 2mm, they are ideal especially for kitchens of restaurants and food preparation areas with limited installation space in the screed coat of the floor. Standard sizes on catalogue 1300mm, 2300mm and 3300mm are available in a very short time. The standard center slot of the channel is 20mm, with a 60mm edge at sight and a channel drainage body of 65mm technically designed to be fully inspected at sight (art. Inoxsystem® C2 see catalogue at page 8, DWG. 2010). The channel is equipped with a floor drain (also called gully or sump) with a square top at sight of 300x300 mm, plate thickness of 8mm (planned for an high-traffic use, with his appropriate thickness avoids accidental plate bending), with a total lowered height of 140mm and 63mm Ø outlet pipe with filter basket for waste capturing, considered as insect and rat-proof. The floor drain can have a vertical outlet (Art. Inoxsystem® "RCV63308") or an horizontal outlet (Art. Inoxsystem® "CLR63308") which can be positioned at the center, at the head or in a point of the channel defined by the customer. Upon request you can have the edges of the channel pre-filled with our special self-attaching rigid resin (Art. Inoxsystem ® "BCR") in order to get the maximum traffic duty and robustness of the product and, thanks to the groups of connection flanges every 3 or 6 meters, depending on the transport needs (Art. Inoxsystem ® "FLC") can be produced custom with various lengths. We can also provide grafts for flushing of channel with diffusers ½” (art. Inoxsystem® “IL”).
