Inoxsystem® drainage system entirely made of grade 304 stainless steel, grade 316 on request, composed of: fully inspectable slot channel with 20 mm standard slot, sheet thickness 2 mm, clear width 65 mm, with built-in slope and internal radii to improve cleaning performance, mounting brackets to fix the cannel into the concrete, closely spaced reinforcement rods every 250 mm, top edge filled manually with three-component epoxy resin to provide greater rigidity to the channel and speed up installation (art. BGR), bolted flange connection (art. FLCTH) provided with silicone and fixing screws. 300x300 mm gully with removable Inoxsystem® Total Hygienic Multi-slot grating (antibacterial, anti-slip, without banding to prevent bacteria growth), outlet Ø 75, provided with Inoxsystem® Total Hygienic kit composed of removable odor trap pipe and insect and ratproof filter basket. This Inoxsystem® Total Hygienic kit allows a simple and accurate cleaning ensuring maximum hygiene. Water seal depth of 50 mm in compliance with standard UNI EN 1253-1. The gully should be with vertical outlet (art. CGV30075E) or horizontal outlet (art. URCGL30075E).
Certifications: Inoxsystem® Total Hygyenic channel with Multi-slot grating and reinforced edges (art. T100+BCR) is third party certified by Ecamricert s.r.l. to D 400 loading - resistance kn 400 in compliance with to UNI en 1433 Standard.

Product Details
Slot channel entirely made from 2 mm thick grade 304 stainless steel (grade 316 on request), ideal for food processing facilities, wineries, slaughterhouses, dairies, fish shops, etc.
Technical features:
- 20 mm standard slot
- 60 mm upper edge
- 65 mm wide body, fully inspectable (art. Inoxsystem® C2)
- built-in slope
- bolted flange joints every 3 or 6 m (art. Inoxsystem® “FLCTH”)
On request we should provide:
- top edge filled with three-component epoxy resin to provide greater rigidity to the channel (Inoxsystem® art. “BCR”), certified load class D400
- 1/2" inlet socket to let water flush in and clean the drain (Inoxsystem® art. “IL”)
The channel is provided with a gully with grating (mm 300x300 – 400x400 – 500x500 ecc.), outlet Ø 110 mm. The odor trap pipe and insect and rat proof filter basket can be completely removed to allow a simple and accurate cleaning ensuring maximum hygiene.
The gully is provided with a vertical outlet (art. Inoxsystem® Total Hygienic “CGV 300 110 E”) or horizontal outlet (art. Inoxsystem® Total Hygienic “CGV 300 110 E”), in the center, at one end or off-centre if needed.
Certifications: Inoxsystem® slot channel channel with reinforced edges (art. C2+BCR) is third party certified to 400 Kn loading - D400 load class in accordance with UNI EN 1433 Standard.
