Inoxsystem® Drainage system entirely made of grade 304 stainless steel, grade 316 on request, composed of: hidden slot channel with with 20 slot and horizontal edges (art. C1BDVL) which can be installed under the floor, sheet thickness 2 mm, width 60 mm, fully inspectable with built-in slope and internal radii to improve cleaning performance, mounting brackets to fix the channel into the concrete, reinforcement spacers every 250 mm, connection flanges (art. FLC) provided with silicone and fixing screws for easy transport, 80X80 mm access unit with vertical direct outlet (art. CCV80PG) or horizontal direct outlet (art. CCL80PG) Ø 63 mm and insect and rat proof removable filter, h 100 mm.

Entirely made of 2 mm thick stainless steel, grade 304 (grade 316 on request), slot channels with horizonatal edges are recommended for locker rooms, swimming pools, terraces, squares.
Horizontal edges have been designed to provide a high-quality surface for bonding the waterproof membrane and the end result is an open slot with no visible stainless steel (when tiling the customer can decide the width of the slot).
The body of the channel is 65 mm wide, fully inspectable, with a central slot of 20 mm and 40 mm wide edges.
The channel is equipped with a 80x80 mm access unit available with both standard and tileable cover. The direct outlet with insect and rat proof filter basket can be vertical (art. Inoxsystem® “CCV80PG”) or horizontal (art. Inoxsystem® “CCL80PG”), Ø 63 mm or different on request, in the center, at one end or off-centre if needed.
ON REQUEST: BIGGER FLOOR DRAIN WITH ODOR TRAP
The possibility of assembling the different sections with bolted flange connections (Inoxsystem® art. “FLC”) every 3 or 6 m provides many possible combinations, according to any customers’ specifications.
On request, the channel can be provided with ½” inlet socket to let water flush in and clen the channel (art. Inoxsystem® “IL”)
